About

At Amethyst Therapy, we believe that it is possible to improve your mental health, experience healing, and feel more at peace. With the guidance of one of our therapists, you will learn strategies for coping, dealing with unwanted thoughts and feelings, and improving your relationship with others and importantly, yourself.

The amethyst stone is traditionally believed to bring groundedness, tranquility, and a sense of calm. These properties represent what we aim to bring to our therapy sessions with the individuals we work with.
